Shipping policy

• • We aim to dispatch orders by the next business day but during busy sales events, it may take a little longer.
  • Please allow approximately 3-5 business days after dispatch for all Express Shipping and approximately 5-8 business days after dispatch for Standard Shipping in Australia. For rural areas of Australia, this may take longer.
  • Some products may be drop-shipped from the Australian distributor if not in stock at Press & Grocers Co. This may take a few extra days to get to you. 
  • For all interstate orders, we ship via Shippit using a combination of services including Australia Post and couriers, based on the best shipping price we can provide to you.
  • Additional charges may apply for heavy orders with a combined weight over 5 kg. The customer would be notified prior to shipment.
    
  • From Press & Grocers Co. dispatch, you can expect most standard delivery orders to major metro areas outside Victoria to take up to 5-8 business days. Regional or rural areas may take a little longer.
    
  • If you are not home when your delivery arrives, orders containing only non-perishable items will be left in a safe place, unattended. If your order contains perishable items, the whole order will be returned to Press & Grocers Co. for collection during cafe trading hours. Unfortunately, we can't break down orders into perishable and non-perishable.
  • We are only able to ship perishable goods within a 5km radius of the Local store.
  • If an order contains perishable products and the delivery address is over 5km from the Local Store we will remove all perishable items from your order and refund you for the removed products.

  Please note these are only estimates—postal delays caused by these providers are outside our control once goods have been passed over for dispatch. There may be some postal delays out of our control.
  
  Press & Grocers Co. requires all parcels containing alcohol to be signed for on delivery. The supply of liquor may only be accepted and signed for by persons 18 years and older. If the delivery cannot be completed, redelivery fees may apply.

  International Shipping
  

We use Auspost for all international web orders. Delivery times are dependent on customs, shipping, and local postal services. Free shipping does not apply to these orders. 

Tracking

All postage is sent with tracking details as long as you provide an email address.

Lastly, we'd hate for you to have ordered something and never get it! If you haven't received your order within one week of ordering online, contact us at social@pressandgrocersco.com.au and we'll figure this out for you.
